Planning (G. Hyun Lee)

PART 1

Introduction
Planning in organizations and public policy is both the organizational process of creating and maintaining a plan, and the psychological process of thinking about the activities required to create a desired goal on some scale. To make it easy, it is a process of what you are going to do afterwards, forecasting what you are going to do and prepare for the means or scale. There are tons of types of planning, such as, product, period, advertising, sales, forest management, family, economic, and city planning. These are mostly businesses trying to surmise the happenings in the later days. For example, businesses tend to make cash flow chart to conjecture how much profit or loss he would get and then deicde if it's lucrative or not. These things are all planning, which is simply a term that means preparing before something happens.

ADvantage & DISADvantage about different PERIOD of planning?

Lifetime plan - If you plan minutely it will be barely kept, but on the other hand if you think about marrying in 30 and buying house in 40s is not going to be a very hard thing to be kept.

One year plan - If you make a day to day base plan you won't actually be so dilligent to keep these promises. In contrast, if you put your planning range largely it'd be easier. FOr example, "i'll become a better soccer player and train every weekend" or "I'll improve my grades and study my weak subjects" >>> If you have actually finished your one year plan you can compare what has changed and what has not and then work on the part you didn't do well.

One month plan - This could be short but also long. This can be better than lifetime and one year plan because it's not very long period of time. Therefore, your plans could be more systematic. You can check how well you have done in a month and surmise what should be fixed in the next month.

One week plan - Monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, friday, saturday, sunday. In these 168 hours, you will be able to find lots of leisure time. You can check daily process and again fix that weren't as good.

Daily plan - This plan can be made very minutely and this can be very clear and accurate, which will be easier to be punctual. This is used a lot in the summer breaks for me ^^

TRY TO MAKE YOUR OWN TIME TABLE AND BECOME PUNCTUAL!!!
